Tattoos
How do I get tattooed at the show?
There are two ways to get tattooed at the event: you can peruse our attending artist list and make an appointment with an artist beforehand or you can come to the event and see who is available for walk-up clients.
How do I make an appointment with an artist?
Booking an appointment happens directly with the artist. Each artist listed has links to their website and an email if they are booking for the show. Please reach out to them personally to make your appointment.
Does the price at the door go toward part of my tattoo?
It does not. The full cost of your tattoo goes directly to the artist and does not include the general entrance fee.
Are tattoos free?
No, they aren’t. The cost of a tattoo is determined by the artist and is usually based on size/time. Please work with the artists directly to determine cost.
How old do you have to be to get tattooed?
You must be 18-years and older, with proper and valid identification, to get tattooed at the event.
Healing Services
Will there be services offered at the event?
Yes! Healers with a variety of services will be at the event offering sessions.
How do I schedule a healing session?
Stop by their booth when you first arrive to schedule a session or see who is available for a walk-up!
How long does a healing session last?
The length of the session is between you and the healer! Most will be offering 15-20 minute sample sessions from which to choose or are contingent upon your needs.
How much does a healing session last?
Cost of the session is determined by the healer.
Does the price at the door go toward part of my healing session?
It does not. The full cost of your session goes directly to the healer and does not include the general entrance fee.
Live Art Floor
What kind of art will be on the live art floor?
There will be painting, jewelry-making, dreamcatcher weaving, hoola-hoop making, apothecary goods, henna arts, face painting, body painting, and more will be happening on the live art floor.
Will the artists be creating their art onsite?
Yes! Each artist will bring their craft to Tattoo Masquerade to create in front of you! Observe the process, ask questions, and learn more about each painters process.
Can I buy art there?
Yes! Each artist is encouraged to sell their art at the event! They take home all the profits!

How do I get to the show?
Tattoo Masquerade is held at the Colorado Convention Center, easily accessible by lighrail or car. Click here for directions.
How do I get tickets to the show?
Tickets can be purchased through AXS (click here) or at the door.
Please Note: ticketing prices go up on the day of the show. We recommend you purchase tickets prior to the show!
Are there discounted tickets available?
Yes! We are offering student/military discounts! Kids 12 and under are free!
Are kids allowed at the show?
Yes! This is an all ages event. Kids 12 and under are free! Bring the kids to immerse them in the artistic side of our culture, get their faces painted, hold live animals, and more! Click here to learn more!
Will there be competitions?
Yes! We have different competitions daily. Learn more here.
Can I compete in the competitions?
You are strongly encouraged to compete! There are a variety of categories in which you can participate. Check out our various categories and learn about registering for the competitions here.
If I am competing, do I need to pay for a ticket?
Yes! Competition fees do not count toward your entrance fee. We encourage you to enjoy the full spectrum of Tattoo Masquerade!
Will there be vendors at the event?
Yes! Come and enjoy a variety of different vendors! Check out who will be there!
